My name is Phillip Stojanik. I am a Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector in the State of Texas (TREC license #4522), and the owner of Pro Check Inspection Services. I hold a Texas State license as an HVAC contractor (HVAC B-4793) through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and have over thirty years of experience in the service trades and construction industry. I am an International Code Council (ICC) Certified Residential Combination Inspector, a registered Third Party Inspector with the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC), a Certified VIP inspector with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), and a qualified FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector.

I have been involved in recent years with indoor environmental consulting with a focus on mold contamination and indoor air quality. Within this field I am an American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) and I currently hold a license as a Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC0147) through the Texas Department of State Health Services.
